Refunds Policy
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund in specific circumstances, such as where an item is defective; goods are supplied incorrectly; goods vary from their description; or, as per certain circumstances under warranty.
We do not refund the original outgoing or the return costs of freight on any item/s for exchange. This includes items where the shipping cost was included in the purchase price.
Exchange of Goods Policy
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please choose carefully as Overkill does not normally accept return of goods where you have simply changed your mind, or the item is different to what you were expecting. If we do, a restocking fee of 15% will apply for all goods.
If you wish to exchange goods, please contact Overkill via the Contact Us page on our website. Complete the form, then await our instructions before returning any goods.
Our Exchange of Goods policy is subject to the goods being returned at your expense in an as-shipped, saleable condition, including the original packaging in re-saleable condition.
We will not exchange goods after 30 days from the date goods are received by you.
If you wish to return a product and exchange it for another item, we will offer a store credit after the product has been received at our warehouse, and we have had time to verify the product is in an “as new” saleable condition. We will advise you if we can exchange the goods and apply the credit to be used against your future purchases.
We will not accept for exchange or refund any Custom-made, Made to Order, Batteries, Solar Panels, Cut to Length Cable, Special Orders or products bought in commercial quantities.
