The Lynx Smart BMS NG is a dedicated Battery Management System for Victron Lithium NG (not to be confused with the Lynx Smart BMS 500A, which is for Victron Smart Lithium batteries) batteries available with a nominal voltage of 12.8V, 25.6V and 51.2V in various capacities. This is the safest of the mainstream lithium battery types. Built-in 500A or 1000A contactor used as a fallback safety mechanism and also suitable as a remote controllable main system switch.
